This New York Fashion Week, blockchain gaming giant ChainGuardians presented a virtual and real journey through the catwalk and metaverse. That’s because at the NYFW Web3 Nolcha Shows, they unveiled their meta streetwear collection inspired by ChainGuardians Superheroes.
About the NYFW meta streetwear collection drop
ChainGuardians gave audiences the opportunity to immerse themselves in VR in a virtual reality environment. There, you can choose items from the ChainGuardians Meta Streetwear line and try on 3D digital fashion items. You can interact with the digital models wearing the collection’s clothes via QR code. In addition, they can take pictures of themselves with the models and clothes.
The ChainGuardians Runway Show introduced an invite-only audience to the highly-anticipated Meta streetwear collection. This runway show highlights how online limited-edition items can be given to their owners with an NFT showing a unique proof of ownership. In the future, owners can use this NFT in the Cryptoverse metaverse.
To bring their original work to fashion life, ChainGuardians partnered with Playology International, Power Station Studios and Portman Street. Through these partnerships, the blockchain gaming giant was able to develop a unique concept for the NYFW event.
