Last night, Snoop Dogg and Eminem performed their latest track “From D2 The LBC” live on the other side of the VMAs via the Metaverse. The two rappers’ immersive VMA experience featured Bored Up avatars, cannabis references, and the other coda’s NFT avatars.
This is the first time two major artists have used their BAYC NFTs in a live show, and MTV’s first time showing the Metaverse. In fact, the VMAs called the show an “absolutely legendary performance” — and so did the NFT community!

The show started with Eminem and Snoop Dogg smoking on the couch. Soon the two set out on a journey to Metrarus. There, fans will see digital avatars displaying colorful visuals.

At some point, rappers explore the other’s metaverse and turn into bored-up NFTs. The VMA stage they shared featured huge BAYC avatars dancing to the rhythm of the dark track.
