About Digital Pop! Series NFT

Funko’s Digital Pop! NFT will make its first debut just in time for Walmart Collector Con. It consists of an edition of 30,000 units, which also includes a physical counterpart. Collectors can claim NFTs directly after purchase.

This latest drop is the cover of the comic book, “The Brave and the Bold”. Published by DC, the comic features a group of DC characters. It was released as a sequel in the 1950s and passed away in the 1980s. Two mini-series followed in 1991 and 1999. But DC fans know a lot about promoting Justice League.

Speaking about the new release, Funko CEO Andrew Perlmutter said:

“We are excited to bring this first-of-its-kind market opportunity to the world’s largest wholesale retailer. This is an opportunity to create an easy entry point for shoppers.

Further, Josh Hackbarth, Head of Business Development for NFT at Warner Bros. added:

“Bringing this new set of digital collectibles to retail allows for a wider reach and invites fans — avid collectors and first-timers alike — to engage with beloved franchises, both physically and digitally. Like DC.”
