Off the back of a new studio album, Legendary Destroyers, Megadeth, have announced a new set of NFTs. As a result, bringing the icon Vic Rattlehead To life through a wild series of digital memories.
Over the years, the pioneer of metal clothing has a history of overcoming modern technology. In fact, it started with popularity In 1994, the first band websiteAnd in 2016, the VR experience is back. Now, as the wheels of technology continue to turn, Megadeth is moving into the Web3 world.
So far, Megadeth has hinted at elements of the Web3 ecosystem, as well as providing the ultimate connection between the band and its loyal fans. Also, according to reports, the starting gift comes in the form of legendary flag bearer Vic Rattlehead. It’s all set to debut later in the year, based on artwork inspired by nearly 40 years of heavy metal chaos.

Interestingly, a quick visit to the project’s website reveals links to both OpenSea and its Wax-based platform, Atomic Hub. For now, two NFT marketplaces with no cross-chain compatibility. So, either a two-pronged approach is on the cards, or They know what we don’t!
