It has been in effect since last year. Chainport It has created a new standard as a chain bridge. Following PORTX’s TGE, up to 95% of revenues will be exchanged into PORTX tokens and redistributed through PORTX tokenomics. With the market stabilized and the payment method tested, ChainPort is ready to launch PORTX. TGE for PORTX is taking place today, On September 20, 2022.
The launch of the PORTX token is a milestone in the history of ChainPort. The launch of the PORTX token makes ChainPort more significant than a bridge. It will be a fully-fledged ecosystem with PORTX at its heart.
The ChainPort team will launch the PORTX token on a central exchange and instantly on multiple DEXs on different chains. ChainPort has partnered with major market makers and several DEXs.

Note that PORTX on different chains will have contract addresses corresponding to each chain. Please double check the contract addresses to make sure the address is correct on the correct chain.

PORTX holders can easily send their tokens to all four chains using the Chainport bridge. These chains include Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain/BSC and Fantom. Transport is permissionless and allows users to trade their tokens on specific DEXs.
